Welcome to the Motions & Emotions blog, and within it, the Book Club!

One of the main reasons I created this space was to gently archive the conversations that naturally arise in my work - the topics my clients and I explore together, the questions we sit with, and the insights that surface along the way. This blog is an extension of those conversations, shared openly so they may resonate with and support others too.

Here, you’ll find a mix of wellness reflections, everyday practices, and deeper explorations - from movement and energy healing to mindset, self-awareness, and personal growth. This space is open to all, welcoming curiosity, reflection, and shared learning.

The Book Club is a natural continuation of this. It reflects the books that often weave their way into conversations with my clients - titles within personal development, wellbeing, nutrition, and spirituality. These are books that invite reflection, awareness, and new perspectives.

My hope is that the Book Club helps you discover the right book at the right time. In a busy world, having a little guidance and structure can make choosing your next read feel simpler and more intentional. Above all, this is about cultivating a sense of connection and community - wherever you are in the world.
