My Approach and Journey

With over 20 years of experience, I bring a deep, soulful approach to Pilates that’s rooted in movement, artistry, and holistic care.

I began my Pilates journey alongside a professional career in dance, working across theatres, television, and film as a dancer, choreographer, and movement director. My background in classical ballet and jazz - which began at the age of three - has shaped not only how I move, but how I understand the body. As a dancer, you don’t just move physically - you express emotionally and spiritually. This philosophy naturally flowed into my Pilates teaching: movement as a bridge between body, mind, and soul.

I trained in classical Pilates in Boston and at Peak Pilates in Budapest, and have since taught across major European cities including London and Budapest. Over the years, I’ve developed a style that emphasizes alignment, fluidity, and the subtle intelligence of the body. My classes are versatile and creative - often incorporating small equipment - but always grounded in personal attention and care.

Prevention and rehabilitation are at the heart of my teaching. Like many dancers, I learned the importance of mindful movement through injury and recovery. Today, I work with clients of all backgrounds and levels, always tailoring sessions to the individual. I believe every body has its own story, and every session is an opportunity to listen, guide, and support.

As a mother, I offer focused support for pre- and post-natal clients, helping you regain strength and reconnect with your body during a truly transformational chapter.

Whether your goal is to ease pain, feel more energized, or simply move through everyday life with greater ease, I use my knowledge and experience to support you with practical, grounded movement that nurtures your body and spirit.
